Since 2004, LAUTEC Rohrleitungsbau- und Industrieservice GmbH has stood for the reliable delivery of demanding industrial projects.

From our site in Philippsburg, we support clients from chemicals, petrochemicals, industrial gases, energy and the process industry on national and international projects.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Our site in Philippsburg

At its Philippsburg site, LAUTEC has a high-performance infrastructure for prefabricating industrial piping systems, steel structures, assemblies and modules.

The equipment includes:

  • 4,800 m² prefabrication hall
  • In-house painting and blasting halls
  • Separate areas for carbon steel and stainless steel
  • 17,000 m² open space
  • Indoor and overhead cranes of various capacities
  • Bending capacity up to DN 80
  • Machines, equipment, tools and vehicles for industrial fabrication and installation

LAUTEC has an established network of long-standing partner companies. Familiar processes, clear responsibilities and regular coordination enable flexible deployment planning and the coordinated delivery of supplementary services.

ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY

Responsibility for the environment and resources

For us, sustainability shows both in our contribution to forward-looking industrial projects and in how we run our own operations.

LAUTEC takes part in projects for producing and using hydrogen, helping to build new industrial infrastructure. At the same time, we take measures at our site and on our construction sites to reduce emissions, transport distances and resource consumption.

These include the gradual conversion of our vehicle fleet, water-saving systems, modern extraction systems, optimised delivery routes and the proper separation and disposal of recyclable materials.
