LAUTEC provides execution services in industrial piping and plant construction. Our focus is on prefabrication, installation and assembly. Depending on the project, supplementary services are delivered by our own specialists or through our established partner network.
We prefabricate and install industrial piping systems for chemical, petrochemical, gas, energy and process plants. We work with a range of materials and piping systems in line with the respective project and client requirements.

PREFABRICATION
Our prefabrication shop lays the foundation for controlled quality and efficient site installation. Our 4,800 m² hall offers structurally separated areas for carbon steel and stainless steel prefabrication.
With a capacity of around 3,000 tonnes per year, powerful crane technology and our own bending capacity up to DN 80, we can manufacture extensive piping packages, assemblies, skids and modules under controlled workshop conditions.
Prefabrication in parallel with construction progress can reduce installation effort on site and support structured project execution.
LAUTEC manufactures and installs project-specific steel structures, pipe supports, columns and load-bearing structures for industrial plants.
Our work is closely coordinated with piping and plant installation. This reduces interfaces and allows installation sequences to be coordinated efficiently.
Alongside piping construction, LAUTEC installs static and rotating plant components. Depending on the project, these include vessels, compressors, modules, package units and other equipment components.
Our project teams coordinate the moving-in, positioning, installation and integration of the components into the existing plant infrastructure. Our reference projects demonstrate experience with heavy modules, cold boxes, compressors and complete electrolysis systems.
Installing heavy and large-format plant components requires precise preparation and coordinated processes.
On a project basis, LAUTEC organises and carries out heavy-load installations, including the coordination of lifting operations, the positioning of components and their subsequent mechanical integration into the plant.
SKIDS AND MODULES
Under controlled workshop conditions we manufacture complete assemblies, skids and modules for industrial applications.
By moving fabrication and installation scope into our prefabrication shop, work can be carried out in parallel with construction progress. Finished units are prepared for transport on a project basis and delivered to site.
LAUTEC supports plant operators with maintenance, servicing and conversion work as well as the implementation of project-specific measures in existing industrial plants.
